In a trading update the audio technology company FeONIC, which has developed a range of products which turn solid surfaces into speaker systems, has announced a first contract win by subsidiary FeONIC Transport.

Avation* - Taking off to the Main Market

Aircraft leasing company Avation has said that it is considering moving its shares from PLUS to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The firm has appointed lawyers Speechly Bircham to advise on the move but commented that it is still considering the proposals and will continue to keep its options open.

The lifestyle credit card provider Oriental CIty group has announced its first piece of significant news in 5 months. The firm has revealed that on 11th February this year the Siam Commercial Bank served a 3-month written notice for the termination of the participation agreement in respect of electronic data capture machines entered into between the bank and Oriental’s subsidiary in Thailand in 2006.

ANS Group* - Sales tech off in 2010

Manchester based technology services group ANS has reported that in the year to 31st March 2010 revenues grew by 10% to £13.3 million. Pre-tax profits fell by around 33% to £1 million however as the firm invested £0.5 million in appointing two additional directors, key sales and technical staff, infrastructure renewals and quality management systems.

NCI Vehicle Rescue – Pedal To The Metal

In a strong set of final results to 31st March 2010 vehicle breakdown and insurance services provider NCI Vehicle Rescue reported a 93% increase in fully diluted earnings per share to 2.9p.

Hydro Hotel Eastbourne - Nothing to boast, down on the coast

In a brief set of results for the six months to 30th April 2010 Hydro Hotel Eastbourne has reported that tough trading conditions sent revenues down by 5.4% to £1.4 million.

Datum International – Progress continues

The sales team at rapidly growing software firm Datum continues to deliver the goods, with revenues for the year to April 2010 set to be 100% ahead of the previous year. Full-year results are set to be announced on July 28th where the group also expects to reveal a maiden profit that is ahead of market expectations.
